Aging signs irritate us. No body on this earth wants to look older than their actual age either wants to look younger than their actual age. We are always seeking for the easy ways to make us look young, gorgeous and beautiful. But we cannot stop the natural process of aging. We can neither avoid the aging process nor can we stop it.
So these aging signs are bound to appear on our face. So to prevent our face and the beauty of our face from these aging signs we can adopt some ways of diminishing these aging signs.
The most common problem is the puffy eyes that start appearing after when we reach our 40 or 50. To minimize these signs of aging you can do the following things:
You can put a chilled metal spoon on your eyes. Take a clean spoon refrigerate it and put in on the puffy areas of your eyes for not less than a minute. This helps in minimizing the puffiness of our eyes.
You can also apply the cream that is hemorrhoid on to the puffy areas of your eyes. You can also try using olive oil. This also helps in eradicating the puffiness around your eyes.
You can also take thin slices of cucumber, chill them and place them on your eyes. This also helps in minimizing your swelling and also helps in diminishing the dark circles around your eyes.
A very useful and common way to prevent your eye from puffiness and dark circles is to keep chilled black tea bags on both the eyes and let them remain on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. This helps in reducing the swelling around your eyes and also the process is used to diminish dark circles. You can also make use of caffeine instead.
Consuming too much of salt is also harmful for the health so it is better to avoid too much salty food.
Use a pillow for your head when you are going to have a sleep at night.
Make sure that you drink at least 10 glass of water every day. This will keep your skin hydrated and do not allow your eye area to have swelling.
Always remove your contact lenses when ever you go to bed. Do not wear them and sleep. Sleeping with the lenses may cause irritation and drying which may result into puffiness and dark circles.
Always wash your face with cold water. You should wash your face at least 5 to 6 times in a day. This not only helps to keep your skin clean and fresh but also helps to prevent your eyes swelling.
